About This Prototype

This website has been developed as a review prototype to demonstrate the proposed layout, functionality, and overall design direction. It is not the final version and will continue to be refined following your feedback and approval.

The current design direction follows an informational narrative approach, using visual storytelling and structured content to guide visitors from recognising a need for support to understanding the services available. Rather than simply presenting information, the design creates a clear and reassuring user journey that prioritises clarity, empathy, credibility, and ease of navigation — an approach particularly well suited to the care sector.

Alongside this concept, three alternative website design directions were also created in Figma. Should you wish to review these alternative concepts before proceeding with the final design, please contact me to arrange a presentation.

This website and the accompanying interactive 360° virtual tour were completed entirely by me. By managing every stage of the project — from on-site image capture and virtual tour production to website design and final deployment — the entire user experience follows one creative vision, ensuring consistency, seamless integration, and quality throughout.
